Delivery is calculated from your delivery postcode and added to your order in the designer, so the figure you see at checkout is the figure you pay. It costs us more to send a frame to the far end of the country than to the next county, and charging by distance keeps the price honest either way rather than averaging it across everyone.

Your porch arrives as a numbered, pre-fitted kit: every joint cut and test-assembled in the workshop, taken apart, and packed with your drawings. Delivery is kerbside — please make sure there’s somewhere the vehicle can stop and someone on hand to receive it. The larger beams take two people to carry comfortably.
Prefer to collect? You’re welcome to pick up from the workshop in Bromsgrove by arrangement — just choose collection when you order or mention it by email.
Made-to-order frames are typically ready in 4–8 weeks depending on the model: simpler designs like the Canopy, Grove and Worcester usually run 4–6 weeks, while the more complex frames — the Hallow, Hereford and Stroud end of the range — run 6–8. Your model’s page shows its typical lead time. Once yours is cut and checked we’ll arrange a delivery day with you.
We’ll confirm your delivery day in advance, and send you a tracking link on the morning itself so you can see where the van is rather than waiting in all day.
Please check the kit against the packing list within 48 hours and tell us about any transit damage or shortages straight away — photos help. Store timber flat, off the ground and out of direct sun until you’re ready to install it.
